The cheese
dairy was built in 1991 to european norms and enlarged in 2000.
"Tomme" goat’s cheese is made there as well as "cabecou"
, fresh cheeses ,and St. Agne cheeses in different shapes and degrees of
maturity.
The
farm is managed by the VALADE family and has been passed from father to son
for several generations. Goats have been raised there for 30 years. (

Cheeses are made from the milk of the farm. They have won several medals and
are always placed highly in french competitions. (
